Mancera Choco Violette
The first spray had a sharp, citrus-like burst, but the warm, hazelnut top note showed up after some time passed. But the citrus was definitely the most potent of all the top notes, particularly the orange. This fragrance definitely has a soft floral profile—violet and vanilla create a powdery, musky feeling. The chocolate note is subtly present; you’d only recognize it if you were aware of its existence. When I asked others for their impressions, vanilla was the predominant response. However, the chocolate and hazelnut introduce a warm, rich, and almost creamy layer that complements the powdery musk of the vanilla and violet. It’s not sweet in a typical gourmand way. The scent is dry and dense, yet not cloying.
